This server is a pro-freedom, anti-authoritarian space built for real discussion, real organizing, and real community without turning into chaos or a power-trip simulator.

System Protocols

We stand for Freedom of expression, Personal liberty, Open debate, Accountability, and Minimal moderation. We do not stand for Extremism recruitment, Violence advocacy, Dehumanization, Harassment, Stalking, Brigading, Doxxing, or "Rules for thee" hypocrisy.
PROTOCOL 02: THE FREEDOM RULE (READ TWICE)
You can say unpopular things here. You can disagree hard. You cannot:
- Threaten, harass, or target people
- Encourage violence or intimidation
- Try to radicalize, recruit, or coordinate harm
- Turn “free speech” into “free to be abusive”
Freedom without responsibility is just noise.
PROTOCOL 03: RESPECT & CONDUCT
Required: Argue the idea, not the person. Assume misunderstanding before malice. Keep it factual. Use content warnings.
Not Allowed: Hate speech/slurs, Dehumanizing language, Sexual harassment, Dogpiling.
PROTOCOL 04: NO EXTREMISM/RECRUITMENT
This server is not a pipeline. Not allowed: Extremist propaganda, coded recruitment, Calls for genocide/ethnic cleansing, Instructions for violence.
Discussion about extremism is allowed for education; recruiting is not.
PROTOCOL 05: PRIVACY & DOXXING
Zero Tolerance: Sharing personal info (PII), posting private screenshots, or "investigating" members. If you have a safety concern, report it. Do not play detective.
PROTOCOL 06: NO BRIGADING
Don’t weaponize the community. No coordinating harassment, mass-reporting, sending members to invade other platforms, or "raid jokes".
PROTOCOL 07: QUALITY STANDARDS
This is a movement space, not a doomscroll pit. Stay on topic. No spam/attention farming. Conspiracy claims require evidence, not vibes.
PROTOCOL 08: CONTENT RULES
Allowed: Political discussion, history, critique, satire.
Not Allowed: Porn, Graphic gore, Encouraging self-harm.
PROTOCOL 09: STAFF CONDUCT (THE BIG ONE)
Staff exist to serve the community, not rule it. Staff must follow the same rules, explain actions, use the least severe tool, and avoid arguing while moderating.
Staff MUST NOT punish dissent, use mod tools to win personal conflicts, delete evidence, or threaten members.
PROTOCOLS 10-12: REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT
Reporting: Use the report channel. Provide links/screenshots.
Escalation: Member > Mods > Senior Mods/Owner.
Ladder: Reminder > Warning > Timeout > Temp Ban > Perm Ban.
Appeals: Keep it calm, factual, one appeal per action.
PROTOCOL 13: ROGUE ADMIN POLICY
“Admin” is a role, not a crown. Authority is delegated and revocable. Rogue behaviors include: Punishing dissent, deleting logs, "Because I said so" moderation, and retaliation. Any staff can be treated as rogue if acting outside mission/rules.
PROTOCOL 14: DUE PROCESS
Major actions require: Reason, Receipt (links), Action taken, Next step, and a Record in mod-logs. Exceptions exist for immediate threats, but must be documented after.
PROTOCOL 15: THE FLYING MONKEY CLAUSE
No third-party interference. Do not insert yourself into conflicts to pressure, shame, or intimidate. Do not act as a "deputy enforcer." Support and de-escalation are allowed; vigilantism is not.
PROTOCOL 16: ANTI-DOGPILE
If staff says “pause,” STOP replying, quoting, and tagging others. Violations result in timeouts even if you "didn't start it."
PROTOCOL 17: OFF-SERVER INTERFERENCE
Off-server behavior matters if it harms community safety. No coordinating harassment elsewhere or posting TSA content off-server to target members.
PROTOCOL 18: EVIDENCE INTEGRITY
Mod logs are not optional. Deleting evidence or tampering with logs is a serious violation. "Handle it privately" to avoid documentation is forbidden.
PROTOCOL 19: WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION
Reporting misconduct is protected. Retaliation, snitch-shaming, or dismissing reports with "you're causing drama" is not allowed.
PROTOCOL 20: STAFF ACCOUNTABILITY
Response ladder: Coaching > Permission reduction > Probation > Removal > Ban. Non-negotiables for removal: Log tampering, Retaliation, Harassment via mod tools.
PROTOCOL 21: NO OUTSIDE CHAOS IMPORTS
TSA is not a battlefield for other groups' drama. Do not join to recruit, import beef, or coordinate with outsiders to target members. Good faith contribution is required.
PROTOCOL 22: NO CROSS-SERVER INTEL
This is not an intelligence op. Do not collect member lists, ask for private info from other servers, or try to "trace" identities. Doxxing/Recon = Instant Ban.
PROTOCOL 23: NO FAVORITISM
Rules apply to everyone. No special treatment for friends, donors, or cliques. Conflicts of interest require recusal. Decisions must be explainable without "trust me bro."
PROTOCOL 24: THE FINAL EXAM
TSA uses tiered access. You start with limited channels. Full access is unlocked only after completing the Final Entry Exam and Vetting.

PROTOCOL 25: NAMING & BRANDING
You may use "TSA | The Stand Against" in your handle ONLY if it includes a clear identifier (e.g., TSA | The Stand Against | [Your Name]). No impersonation of official staff.
PROTOCOL 26: NO MONEY / GRIFTING
TSA will never collect money, solicit donations, or sell access. Period. Any fundraising using the TSA name is prohibited. We protect the community from exploitation.
